False bookings: the four criteria and the note that follows

A false booking uses another person's name or number, is sent as a joke, or ends in a no-show after one of those. A missed visit on its own is not one.

The term has a narrow meaning. Four things make a booking false: a name that is not the client's own, a phone number or profile that belongs to another person, a message sent as a joke, or a no-show following any of those three. That is the whole list.

A missed appointment on its own does not qualify. A regular who booked honestly and then could not answer the door because a meeting ran long has made an ordinary cancellation, read on the notice scale like any other. Nothing further follows from it.

Where a booking does meet one of the criteria, or a visit is ended because a limit was pressed, the house writes a short internal note: the date, what happened, and the name and number the booking came from. It is held for twelve months, seen by nobody outside the house, and used for a single decision, whether a further booking from that name is accepted. How to object to a note, or have it corrected or removed, is explained on the privacy page. Where the facts point to a criminal offence, the matter may be reported to the police. A guest who books in his own name and is in the room at the agreed hour has nothing here to consider.

Write, and the thread does the rest

Send the week

Give the building, the hour in Amsterdam time and how long you want, and a name, a figure and a journey time come back in the same thread. A second trip needs far less typing than a first.

Book on WhatsApp How a booking runs

Longer questions go to contact@massageatschiphol.com, read more slowly than a booking thread.
