One free move: shifting a booking without losing the deposit
A booking may be moved once at no cost to a date within fourteen days, if the request arrives more than twenty-four hours before the booked time.
Plans change more often for regulars than for anyone else, and the free move exists for that. A booking can be moved to another date once, without cost, provided two conditions are met: the request reaches the booking thread more than twenty-four hours before the booked time, and the new date falls within fourteen days. When both are met, the deposit travels across whole.
A second move, or a move asked for inside the final twenty-four hours, is read on the notice scale exactly as a cancellation sent at that moment would be. Whatever the scale does not keep travels on to the new date.
For crew, a roster swap known two days ahead is the typical free move. For a weekly commuter it is Tuesday becoming Thursday because a client meeting shifted. In both cases the habit that protects the deposit is the same: write as soon as the change is known. The cancellation policy has the full wording.
