Returning guest: what changes after the first booking

A returning guest is anyone who has booked with the house before and whose history can be connected to the new message, usually because it arrives in the same thread from the same number. There is no card, no membership and no minimum number of visits. One previous booking is enough, and the status does not expire.

Being a returning guest changes one thing in the booking rules. A same-day request for one or two hours with one therapist, at an address inside central Amsterdam, on a date that is not a peak date, is paid entirely at the door with no deposit. Every other booking carries a deposit of half, including every booking at Schiphol, Schiphol-Oost and Schiphol-Rijk, however many visits have gone before.
